Calling the customers and franchisees (CSAs) to get regular update and document the business progress
Speak to CSAs/Consumers and motivate them for purchase of products, services and solutions from the Company in Telugu, Hindi and English
Assist in carrying out all financial transactions, product ordering, services' delivery and upkeep of the all transactions in the required format.
Conduct calling targets every day, fulfil the enquiries, ensure conversions and ensure the same is delivered to CSAs with tracking of payments.
Send reports on a regular basis to senior management, branch staff and to the field sales staff.
Overall management of leads (CSA enrollment onboarding process, KYC documentation, enquiry generation, fulfillment, order confirmation, payment receipts, delivery status) and entering the actual status in the software platform and report them.
