The Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre (GBACHC) is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary primary care team on a full‑time basis.
At the GBACHC, our mission is to empower the health and well‑being of the people in our communities, together. We are committed to providing comprehensive, person‑centred care through collaboration, community development, and population‑based planning.
The Physiotherapist is responsible for the assessment, treatment, education, and ongoing management of patients referred for physiotherapy services. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to both individual and group‑based programming with a focus on improving the health and wellbeing of individuals and families across our communities.
