The AI‑Meat Lab at Huazhong Agricultural University is recruiting two postdoctoral researchers and two doctoral students with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and meat science and technology. We are dedicated to AI‑driven meat technology research, exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence and meat science to optimize processing techniques, enhance product quality, and increase production efficiency. As a postdoctoral researcher or doctoral student, you will develop innovative intelligent meat processing technologies, particularly at the frontier of AI applications in the meat industry. This includes deep learning‑based quality control, process optimization, and meat trait prediction, contributing to a transformative impact of artificial intelligence on sustainable and efficient meat processing.
