We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Java Support Engineer**
**What you’ll do**:
- Provide L1.5/ L2 support for IBM BAW ( BPEL, Mediation ) and WAS servers ( Java Application).
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the systems.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents on priority in quick time to meet SLA requirements and minimize business impact.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Java, BPEL, and Mediation.
