Strong Core JAVA, JSP Servlets.
Knowledge of Struts/Spring, Hibernate/EJB etc
Experience on developing JAVA applications for web
Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented designing.
Strong programming skills, problem solving ability and understanding of coding aesthetics
Must have understanding of design patterns
Good understanding of SQL databases
Excellent grasping, should be able to pickup new technologies
