The Opportunity

Highspring is supporting a major Digital Studio in the financial services sector as it delivers multiple strategic initiatives scheduled for Q3 and Q4 2026. To support these programs, we are seeking Intermediate to Senior Software Developers with strong expertise in Java, microservices, and cloud‑based architectures.

This is a hybrid role (2 days on site) based in Montréal, requiring professional bilingualism in French and English. You will contribute to large‑scale modernization, regulatory‑driven programs, and customer‑facing digital.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring, and microservices architectures
