Train, support and coach retail team members in proactive sales of retail merchandise.
Ensure stores are adequately stocked and merchandise displays are maintained and organized throughout the operating day.
Manage daily cash handling practices and safeguards, including proper use of POS stations, cash floats, change orders and cash outs.
Implement and deliver standard operating policies and procedures related to hospitality, retail operations, safety and employee engagement to ensure a memorable guest and staff experience.
