Responsibilities
Maintain and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by enforcing and ensuring all safety procedures are followed, leading by example with a safety-first mentality.
Display, support, and train new lift operators to provide an interactive and professional experience that aligns with world-class host standards.
Plan, coordinate, and work as part of the team to ensure all operational needs are communicated and met each day.
Cover front-line lift operations as needed and adapt to changing needs to provide support and coverage.
Report and collaborate with Lift Operations management.
Lead by example and create/maintain a positive atmosphere.
