Full-time position – Jasper, AB. Beginning July 2025.
What will you do in this job?
Oversee daily lift operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and safety codes.
Maintain accurate operational records in line with safety and insurance requirements.
Lead, train, and support the Lift Operations team, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, and performance feedback.
Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance for facilities, working with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion of work.
Manage procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring appropriate inventory levels and vendor relationships are maintained.
Assist with facilities upkeep, including minor repairs, troubleshooting, and identifying areas needing attention to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
