We are seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented Office Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient operation of our office for temporary coverage (7 weeks).
Responsibilities
Reception Services
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Welcome visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Prepare coffee in the morning for tenants.
Assist individual clients with tasks such as handling packages, printing, and mail.
Clean Up and Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
Wipe down tables and ensure the boardroom is presentable for meetings.
Move furniture around the office as required for new tenants.
