We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic IWS Implementer to join our growing team.

The IWS Manager is responsible for comprehensively coordinating the implementation of IWS at the plant, leading the development and execution of the master plan, ensuring that it remains on track and that its pillars are sound and integrated, driving implementation as the system champion, coordinating workshops, training sessions, and the annual loss analysis to establish the baseline, as well as developing and aligning objectives and milestones in collaboration with the Plant Manager.
