Key Responsibilities
Handling of all Incident, Change and Problem topics between OE and AzTech
Major Incident and Emergency Change management and coordination (including GIM and HFC topics as mandated by DORA and Group)
Coordination between OE internal teams especially ITOM and ITPS
Escalation and Complaint Management
Management of AzTech patching activities for Windows and Linux patching sending notifications mails to OE, creating relevant Changes (Linux) and Service Reque...
