About this opportunity

The iTero Training Specialist, Clinical Program (APAC) is passionate about clinical leadership, organizational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This employee works closely with the commercial & training/education team to drive APAC clinical strategy in providing high-quality support as well as developing and/or enhancing programs to educate internal staff, distributors, dentists and labs on our iTero products and workflows. He/she also ensures effective, efficient, and prompt handling of doctors’ inquiries, requests of literature, and objections during pre-sales demos/ discussions regarding the scanner and CAD/ CAM available services or products especially from Dental Laboratories, via on-site visits, phone calls and/or emails to achieve customer satisfaction.
