Responsibilities: • Managing and leading the internal IT team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of tasks. • Managing and supervising the MDM enrollment process across user devices. • Contributing to the development and continuous enhancement of internal IT systems and tools. • Handling customer-facing IT infrastructure tasks, including deployment of on-premises environments covering Windows Server, Hyper-V virtualization, storage configuration, and VM deployment. • Managing cloud infrastructure tasks and operations. • Handling both internal IT requests and customer IT requests, ensuring continuity and quality of service. • Escalating and coordinating with relevant teams on complex technical issues.
