• Analyze phishing emails and create cybersecurity awareness campaigns.
• Review and investigate firewall and web filter logs, including managing web filter allow and disallow lists.
• Oversee email security management and perform MDT application updates.
• Manage virus updates, patches, and service packs, including testing, staging deployments, and documentation.
