We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in a helpdesk environment providing support for all things IT including desktop, mobile, and network devices. The ideal candidate will have experience using and troubleshooting a wide variety of hardware and software and be able to grasp new concepts quickly.
You will be the primary person responsible for supporting local and remote end‑users with problem reporting, identification, and resolution. You will provide Level 1 support to our end‑users and help with onboarding and training as needed.
