Work with local and corporate IT teams to solve issues and provide help in deploying new IT solutions.
Look at assigned Helpdesk queues to pick up user requests or work on assigned requests to find the best solution for the issue.
Help users describe an issue correctly when reporting to the Helpdesk Support system.
Document “How to …” solutions and workarounds, and submit them as articles to KB.
Participate in IT Scrum meetings to follow up on outstanding issues.
Report to the manager regarding assigned projects or tasks' progress and problems that hinder or restrict progress.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer (Administrator) or general IT Systems specialist role in user and/or IT system deployment, installation, or support.
