Syneos Health is looking for a Technical Service Analyst I to deliver first and second line technical support across the organization. This role focuses on resolving IT incidents and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in technical support, a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, and possess strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills in English and Chinese.
