We are looking for an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the United States. This role is based in Costa Rica, Mexico, or Columbia.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client IT requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, visa status, and experience.
Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer discussions.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Work on various tax terms such as W2, C2C, and other.
Handle recruitment for different visa categories including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens.
