Responsibilities
Provide timely online service to users
Perform good trouble shooting plus reliable and quality tape management
Continuously monitor all network, system
Assist in ad hoc project as assigned
Requirements
Higher Diploma graduate in Computer Science or a related disciplines
Experience in IT support or operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of UNIX, Windows server and Network operation
A good team-player with good analytical and logical thinking skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua is a plus
Shift duty is required
Fresh graduate with less experience will also be considered
