Provide technical support on global network, IP telephony and Contact Centre for 200 offices worldwide
Participate in data networking, network security and IP telephony research and development projects
Involve in architectural design and implementation of global voice and network infrastructure projects
Requirement: :
1+ year relevant experience in technical support with strong technical problem diagnosis skills
Knowledge in Cisco networking technology, Wireless LAN, Firewall/VPN and IP Telephony
Holder of CCNA and CCNP is preferable
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus
