IT Director - Remote

About HireHawk We are a fast-growing remote staffing agency serving US ecommerce clients. We are 15 people today and building intentionally. Everyone here owns their lane, moves fast, and helps shape how the company grows. We are looking for our first IT Director to own the entire technology layer of the business.

The Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You will come in with a blank canvas and build the tech stack from scratch — selecting and implementing our ATS, CRM, and AI-supported workflows. You will be the solo IT leader today with a clear path to grow your team and your title as we scale.

What You Will Own

• Select, implement and manage our ATS and CRM from scratch
• Build and automate internal workflows using AI and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar)
