Senior IC Digital Product Designer role at Direct Investing lab team, backfilling a previous contractor for a high-visibility new direct investing product launching in January.
Position involves embedding in a cross-functional agile pod to own feature-level design for native mobile and web authenticated experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design for complex authenticated experiences across native mobile and web.
Own feature-level work post-MVP, including discovery, exploration, interaction/visual design, dev handoff, and QA support.
Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and leadership sessions, articulating rationale and trade-offs.
Collaborate daily with product, business, engineering, research, and content in an agile lab.
Leverage and contribute to the design system for consistency.
Support research planning and run assigned tasks under researcher guidance.
