Description
 :Major Job Functions:
PC & Printer Deployments
Work with PC, printer and IT accessory vendors (Dell, Lexmark)
Responsible for client assets including, but not limited to, laptops, monitors, printers, miscellaneous peripherals.
Accountable to ensure that IT assets are delivered and received by the end user
Accountable to ensure that IT assets are replaced or retired depending on lease end dates or end of life
Assist in the tracking and management of all IT asset throughout its operating life.
Authorize vendor change orders – purchases, moves & buyouts
Collaboration with internal departments to meet their PC & printing needs 
Investigate and recovery of dark devices
Report off-line printer page counts for billing purposes & toner deliveries
Continuous Process Improvement
Accessory Management Requests & Incidents
