The IT and IS Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing information technology and systems operations across multiple locations in Mexico. The role combines leadership, planning, and execution, with a primary focus on infrastructure stability, system reliability, operational support, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement.
This role integrates leadership, execution, and hands-on involvement, and is critical to keeping key systems running in demanding operational environments. The position requires anticipation, decision-making, and a strong sense of urgency, as well as the ability to step in directly when operations require it. Over time, the role will take on greater responsibility in IT (Information Technology) and IS (Information Systems) strategy, serving as a key driver of ongoing modernization, scalability, and adoption of emerging technologies.
