Responsibilities
Application Development & Management
Develop computer applications that solve or facilitate productive, storage, administrative, and other organizational processes.
Design and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
Write and maintain operating procedures and system documentation.
Server & Database Administration
Install and manage SQL Server.
Manage web servers (IIS).
Ensure confidentiality and security of managed information.
User Support & Training
Provide user support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
Train users on system functionality and best practices.
Compliance & Standards
Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards.
Follow Johnson Controls Manufacturing System Guidelines (JCMS).
