Design, scope, implement, and enhance the systems and programs our teams use.
Respond to requests from users intelligently and empathetically. Requests may include: managing our identity platform, MDM, WiFi, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian Cloud, macOS, mobile devices, printing, equipment requests, endpoint protection, information security, and others.
Manage hardware procurement, setup, and deployment.
Manage hardware inventory.
Manage software license and subscription allocations.
Confidently troubleshoot macOS issues.
Works closely with the Service Desk team to ensure the helpdesk is running smoothly.
Assist the People Ops team with onboarding/offboarding, and office/remote-office logistics as needed.
Produce and edit documentation for the IT team as well as user-facing guides to assist staff in orientation and everyday tasks in both English and Spanish.
