You will manage and support production IT services, focusing on MES and SCADA systems, server administration, and incident, problem, and change management.
Your Tasks
Manage, operate, and support servers.
Perform Level II incident and problem management for MES, SCADA, and Shopfloor IT systems, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Monitor MES/SCADA system health, performance, and availability using logging, alarms, and system KPIs.
Execute and support Change Management activities impacting production systems (planned downtime, validation, rollback).
Work in partnership with Production leaders and other IT areas to provision and run operational IT services for Production systems and platforms, including Shopfloor Monitoring & Management, MES Traceability systems, and SCADA Controls systems.
