+ Act as main local IT infrastructure contact in order to provide technical guidance and support; + Maintain regular contact with business areas, constantly orienting user action regards to the use of IT infrastructure resources and guiding usage of IT ServiceDesk and IT Global services; + Understand and support initiatives and projects that involve or are conducted by IT requiring infrastructure to be implemented at Mexico operations; + Assist in the coordination of Local IT Services in order to guarantee the best services, perform a follow-up of some administration and control activities belong to Information Technology area. + Support and provide information during auditing process. + Research, design, implement and support technology solutions required by business area, following company standards process (Global and Regional), technology and policies.
