As part of your role, you will report to the Director of ISM and provide comprehensive structuring support for investments in Credit, Private Equity, and Real Assets. Your hands-on experience will enable you to coordinate new legal entities, streamline processes, and maintain ongoing investments post-closing while leveraging AI tools for process improvements.
