Position Overview Investment & Planning Consultant - responsible for discovering members' financial needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a comprehensive financial planning experience. This role focuses on high net‑worth individuals across multiple Red Deer region branches.

Responsibilities

Uncover the full financial needs of the members, provide solutions and/or refer these to the appropriate Advisor.

Support and/or facilitate the financial planning experience for the members.

Be proactive in pursuing external/internal business opportunities by retention of existing member base, actively soliciting new business, reviewing marketing data to determine new market potential, and leveraging opportunities with existing members through in‑branch/telephone communication.
