Internship Fall 2026 - Environment, Health & Safety Co-Op Student

Location & Dates

Mississauga, Canada. Internship: August 31st to December 18th, 2026.

Responsibilities

The EHS student will work with a small site-specific Environment, Health & Safety team and the Training Coordinator to support environmental and safety initiatives for the site, taking direction from the Plant 22 EH&S team and providing administrative support for training records.

Assist with identifying and implementing best practices for reduction of waste, water use and energy consumption.

• Support EH&S programs related to risk identification and mitigation, including ergonomics and chemical exposures.
• Lead projects such as wastewater discharge compliance, worker chemical exposures, carbon footprint reduction, and overall risk reduction initiatives.
