Job Description

You join our Governance team directly attached to the Head of Regulatory Governance who is looking for a Lawyer, for a 6-month internship from March .

You will intervene on various topics related to governance and particularly, regulatory governance (relations with regulators, compliance of governance arrangements with regulatory requirements, deployment of the Governance Project).

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

Draft legal documentation related to governance (rules of procedure, minutes, nomination files for directors...)

To ensure the legal and regulatory governance monitoring

Work on impact analyses and action plans for regulatory compliance

Participate in the different activities of the team as part of the deployment of the ScaleUp plan.
