**Job Description Summary** The Technical Controller is considered a subject matter expert in USGAAP/GEHC accounting policies and technical accounting matters, and will provide technical accounting oversight, guidance and training to finance and non-finance functions across the International region. The International Region is one of 3 Regions in GE Healthcare and is ~$7B in revenue across 70+ countries. The International Region has 7 Zones to support and the diverse nature of the geographies gives a rich breath of matter to manage to help the company manage risk and grow compliantly.
The role includes support for transactions and processes occurring both regularly and on an ad hoc basis, including, but not limited to: • Accounting insights to annual, quarterly and monthly reporting • Advice on large deals, NPIs and financing transaction • Input on accounting policy updates and implementations • Other ad hoc support as needed
