YOUR ROLE


PowerVac is seeking a dynamic Internal Sales and Sales Support professional who will oversee the retail shop, support the sales and service teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. This is a newly created role as PowerVac is a growing business and requires committed team members to assist our customers.

  • Oversee retail shop operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism

  • Supervise front-of-house reception and customer service functions, ensuring follow-up

  • Engage customers in the retail shop to ensure a positive and timely experience

  • Manage customer, contractor, and supplier inductions/onboarding

  • Ensure maintenance of relevant account details, customer queries, and changes in the CRM system
