We are seeking an Intermediate Scrum Master for a 6‑month contract with high possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, requiring four days a week on site.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and drive adoption of Agile methodologies and Agile mindset principles, including iterative delivery, collaboration, and business value realization
Serve as Scrum Master for two Agile squads supporting digital banking initiatives across mobile and web platforms
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demos, and status updates
Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies to ensure successful delivery outcomes
Partner with Product Owners, developers, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution
Foster team accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance
