What You Will Do

The Intermediate Product Engineering Designer plays a key role in supporting the development, improvement, and maintenance of Masco Canada's product designs. This role is responsible for creating detailed 3D models and engineering drawings, supporting product development initiatives and ensuring designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturability standards.

• Create and revise 3D models and engineering drawings for new and existing products
• Support product development initiatives, including new product launches and design improvements
• Ensure all designs meet performance, quality and manufacturability standards
• Participate in value engineering and cost reduction efforts
• Collaborate with engineers and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals
• Maintain and update design documentation in accordance with internal standards and processes
