The Estimator supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cost estimating, cost control, and project management systems, processes, resources, and tools. Duties include:
Work with the Lead Estimator to plan, develop, and support cost estimates for capital projects, from conceptual to project authorization
Plan, schedule, and coordinate estimate deliverables to support timely project execution
Prepare and deliver estimates for projects of varying size, complexity, and phase of development
Develop capital cost estimates using established work breakdown structures and coding frameworks
Maintain cost histories, commodity data, and market tracking information
Analyze estimate and schedule risks, assumptions, and potential cost impacts
