Qualifications

• Completion of a diploma from a 3-year technical program OR an undergraduate university degree in Engineering
• 2-5+ years of experience within shipbuilding, marine, or shipbuilding design.
• Proficiency in ShipConstructor OR strong CAD experience with 3D modeling.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, class rules, and marine standards.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of shipbuilding systems, marine piping, HVAC routing, and equipment layout principles.
• Experience working with naval warships, or within the defence or shipbuilding sectors.
• Knowledge of shipyard manufacturing processes and installation methods.
