Intermediate Electrical Engineer – Heavy Industrial/Nuclear

We are seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer for our Mississauga or Pickering, ON offices. The role involves low- and medium-voltage systems (120 V to 24 kV) with interfaces to high-voltage levels (230 kV to 500 kV). Responsibilities include engineering design from conceptual to detailed phases, and support construction, commissioning, and turnover of projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform design and analysis of power systems from 120 V to 24 kV in heavy industrial/nuclear environments.
• Develop electrical protection and distribution designs, including calculations and compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).
• Prepare power system studies such as Load Flow, Short Circuit, Coordination Studies, and Arc Flash analysis; experience using ETAP or similar software is an asset.
