About This Opportunity

Key Responsibilities of the Role 

  • Lead and perform geotechnical and structural design of pile foundations (including CIP and CFA piles).
  • Interpret geotechnical investigation reports and laboratory test data to determine pile capacity, settlement behavior, etc.
  • Perform axial, lateral, settlement, pile group, and (where applicable) seismic analyses.
  • Conduct static and dynamic pile analysis (e.g., load tests, wave equation analysis, lateral pile analysis).
  • Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with geotechnical, structural, and construction teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
  • Provide technical support during construction, including RFIs and site visits.
  • Contribute to value engineering, foundation optimization, and constructability reviews.
  • Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and quality review of work completed by junior engineers.
