We are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Training Manager (Precision Ag). The successful candidate can work from any of our client’s locations in Saskatchewan and will be responsible for developing course content, delivering training modules and assessments for employees and management of Training Coordinator role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/deliver training modules to employees and customers.
• Create and adapt content for key focus of region.
• Organize equipment and other needs to facilitate training.
• Create strategic short and long‑term training goals.
• Work with Training Coordinator on training schedule.
• Participate in onboarding sessions, and ongoing growth and development of employees.
• Understand technical manuals, equipment set up, components, operations for John Deere and short-line products.
