About This Opportunity

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Constantly optimize the performance and efficiency of our processes in line with the growth of production volumes;
  • Review the organization of workstations, assembly methods, and production sequences;
  • Conduct economic cost reduction analyses to select the best opportunities;
  • Play a pivotal role and be the link between cost reduction projects and production reality;
  • Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel;
  • Facilitate continuous improvement activities in the form of Kaizen;
  • Recommend changes and organize their implementation;
  • Produce production reports;
  • Conduct time and motion studies to bring about the best process improvements;
  • Map production processes to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize production output;
  • Facilitate the implementation of performance indicators;
