In this pivotal role, you will support customer onboarding by gathering critical technical information and translating it into Spacetime’s systems. Your proficiency in gRPC and programming languages will be essential in automating processes and ensuring technical support. Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to navigate any technical challenges that arise.
