We are seeking a bilingual customer service professional to join our intake team, helping personal injury victims throughout Connecticut. The role involves communicating with potential clients, managing intake calls, and ensuring a high standard of service.

• Fully fluent in English (speaking, writing, & reading)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
