Job Description

Our established client, a regulatory body in Downtown Toronto, is hiring for an Intake Associate to join their team. This role will start as an 11 week contract with the chance to extend until the end of February (possibly longer). The role offers a very competitive salary and a hybrid work environment (one day a week in office). The company has a great culture and a friendly team!

Roles and Responsibilities

-Answer inquiries via email and phone
-Act as the first point of contact for the intake process 
-Log call information and update the internal database
-Escalate issues to other internal teams as required
-Meeting coordination
-Documentation
-Other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

-Must have a post-secondary degree or diploma
-Must have a minimum of 2 years of administrative and customer service experience
