Responsibilities:
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle for the CCPay Online Payment Service (CCPay), including, but not limited to:
Gathering and prioritizing product and client requirements
Refine the product vision as required
Ensuring that the product supports the organization's overall strategy and goals in alignment with OPS I&IT corporate policies
Provide support to the core CCPay team and key stakeholders
Gain a deep understanding of client experience:
Identify and fill product gaps
Generate new ideas that grow market share
Improve client experience and support business process improvements
