Job Summary

Staffinity is seeking a Personal Insurance Sales Advisor for a large Canadian client in Timmins. This is a permanent position with a base salary of $40‑45k+, uncapped commission, and benefits. The role involves proactively contacting clients to sell home and auto insurance. Successful candidates must complete their RIBO license within the first few months. Fully paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Ask questions to determine customer needs and sell policies
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Quote and sell new business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience or strong personality
• Willingness to attain the RIBO license
• Strong curiosity and probing question ability
• Desire to learn
