Essential Functions:
+ The incumbent will be directly involved with the management of projects related to Calibration, process optimization, troubleshooting, therefore, responsible for the quality of the product provided to client customers
+ Coaches and supervises direct reports to ensure proper project management and completion of project responsibilities within each customer account
