Manage the performance of each subcontractor and installation crew, as well as their compliance with the Company’s policies, standard industry practices and the expectations under the Dealer Agreement
Assist in the recruitment and development of subcontractors
Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are adhered to by subcontractors
Schedule and perform regular job site inspections ensuring all quality and safety standards are being met
Work with insurance adjusters in inspecting and surveying job loss sites
Assist with the updating of note in Xactware and other systems and portals
Assist with emergency job site repairs when required
Assist with work site repairs and services when required
Travel to other Peak locations when required
Work in conjunction with the local team in resolving customer complaints in an effective and timely manner
